Denton is a town unlike any other. With a heavy local business presence, a variety of dining options, and two large universities: the University of North Texas and Texas Woman’s University, Denton is truly a one-of-a-kind town. However, since March of 2020, Denton has been missing the hustle and bustle of college students. Now that school is back in person for the fall of 2021, students will be back on campus. An increase in students means an increase in traffic and distracted driving. Here are 3 tips on how to navigate back-to-school traffic.
- Put The Phone Down
It could not be spoken more plainly, texting and driving greatly increases your likelihood of collisions. In 2019, texting and driving lead to 3,142 deaths on the road in the United States.
